2018 Municipal Election Voting Period Has Officially Opened.

As of October 15, 2018, at 10:00a.m. eligible electors in Stone Mills Township can cast their vote for the 2018-2022 Municipal Council and School Board Trustee Elections.

Eligible voter’s can enter the link provided on the voter’s information letter to vote via Internet, utilize their phone to vote by phone or attend one of the four voting locations (Yarker Fire Station, Newburgh Fire Station, Tamworth Fire Station and the Centreville Municipal Offices) on October 22, 2018 from 10: 00a.m-8:00 p.m. to cast a paper ballot.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

When using the telephone vote option, please remember to select (up to) all five Councillor options before pressing the #. By selecting only one and then hitting the # button, you will forfeit the remaining 4 selections for the Councillor position. If this happens, please contact the Voter Assistance Personnel at the Centreville Municipal office at your earliest convenience at 613-378-2475.

UPDATE:

As of October 19, 2018, @ 10:04a.m there have been 819 votes cast or 12.33% of the eligible electors that have cast their ballot. Don’t forget and cast your ballot now by using the convenient alternative methods provided. See your Voter Information letter for details
