Home and Community Care Support Services South East (formerly Community Care Access Centre) manages nursing care, rehabilitation services and support services for people in their homes, schools and other places in the community outside of hospitals and admission for long-term care. Prince Edward - Lennox and Addington Social Services (PELASS) helps individuals and caregivers determine eligibility for programs or get access to other social agencies.
