Community Safety & Well-Being Planning Lived Experience Survey

The Township of Stone Mills is seeking input through a “Lived Experienced Survey” as part of the process of the development and implementation of a Community Safety Well-being Plan.

The following "Lived Experience Survey" is a positive step towards meaningful change that are meant improve the lives of all citizens, especially those struggling in the margins due to the prevalence of "RISK FACTORS" that limit or prevent access to the social determinants of health and well-being (the things that make our lives better - PROTECTIVE FACTORS).
