Alcohol Policy

In 2004, the Township adopted a policy to manage the consumption of alcohol in all Township owned premises.  This policy is equally applicable in all community halls including the community centre when alcohol is being offered.  Persons considering offering alcohol for sale during the rental of a community hall should make themselves familiar with this policy.

Special Events

The Township of Stone Mills recognizes that Special Events provide economic benefits to the local economy and they enhance the quality of life, tourism, arts and culture, recreation, education, health and wellness in the community.

The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for the management of Special Events within the Township.
