Permit Fees

An administrative fee of 1% of the value of the proposed construction with a minimum fee of $100.00 is applicable to all building applications unless otherwise specified. This includes new construction, renovations, supplementary structures such as storage sheds and wood stoves or fireplaces, modular homes and conditional permits.

Other building and structures not subject to the foregoing are as follows:

  • Plumbing - $50.00 plus $10.00 per fixture
  • Change of use - $200.00
  • Pool enclosure - $100.00
  • Zoning Compliance request - $75.00
  • Equivalency review/letter - $100.00 + deposit of $500.00

Following acceptance and administration - 90%

Following zoning review - 75%

Following permit issuance - 50%
